    • Collab partners onboard their communities
  2. Phase 02

    Land & Anchors

    • Land distribution around Axiom Prime
    • NFT viewer for holders
    • Point-based land staking begins
  3. Phase 03

    First Fragments

    • Playable UE5 vertical slice
    • Chip & Glitch introduce The Shatter
    • First fragmented biomes opened to explorers
  4. Phase 04

    Player Creation

    • Creation toolkit for land owners
    • Publish and share builds in the shared world
    • Creator spotlights and community events
  5. Phase 05

    Open World

    • Full open-world RPG progression
    • Staking outcome unlocks: on-chain token, in-game currency or combo
    • Persistent living world, expanded together
